As a member of the Financial Planning & Analysis team at BRE Hotels & Resorts, the FP&A Analyst provides operational, financial, and analytical support and reporting to multiple departments, including C-Suite, Asset Management, Investments, and Design & Construction. The FP&A Analyst will play an integral role, collaborating closely with management to analyze and identify opportunities for growth and profitability. The support provided enables our Executive team to make critical decisions that drive overall business performance. This position is a great entry-level opportunity to interact with senior leadership daily while gaining invaluable exposure to all facets of the hotel real estate industry. The successful candidate will report to the Senior Vice President, Finance. Total direct compensation may include a discretionary bonus and/or incentive compensation. The actual base salary range may vary based on various factors, including but not limited to location and experience.
